UPDATING SERVICES OVERVIEW

Pre-paid Updating Packages – Because every business is different, their website needs are different too. To help your business get just what it needs, e-Fresh Updates offers hourly updating packages to meet the needs of businesses of various sizes. Some websites only need sporadic updates. For that reason, we don’t charge a monthly fee or a flat fee. We also offer a “sliding scale” of hourly package rates, so that those who need more updates end up paying less over time.

Before you purchase any package, our professional web coders will take a quick look at your website to verify that the coding there uses standard practices and our coders are confident that they can make timely updates. If our web coders find that your site is not designed using standard practices and will require extra time, you will be notified and given options for purchasing a larger package or possibly our Redesign / Recoding services to get your site up to current industry practices.

Any hours you purchase are good for one full year from date of purchase. Think of them as “Roll-Over” hours for your website. You will be notified when you have one hour or less remaining on your package so you have the opportunity to purchase more time before you need your next update.

Getting your updates completed is easy and convenient. Simply send your updates via e-mail and updates will me made to your site, in most cases, within 2 business days. We accept .JPG, .GIF and .TIF files for graphic items.

OUR UPDATING PACKAGE DETAILS

Because we’re not all website coders, it’s often difficult to know how much time an update will take. Our packages are designed for companies and websites of all sizes. Our beginning package is developed for smaller companies or those companies who aren’t sure how many hours of updating they will need. Our larger packages are designed for companies whose site may not have been updated in some time or companies whose business is changing rapidly. Please expect a minimum of 1/2 hour for any update.

  • $225.00 – 3 Hour Package - Our basic package. A great way to get started.
  • $350.00 – 5 Hour Package - A 7% savings over our basic package
  • $650.00 – 10 Hour Package - A 13% savings over our basic package
  • $1200.00 – 20 Hour Package – A 20% savings over basic package

    • If you don’t see a package here you feel will fit your website needs or if you would like to combine updating services with some of our other Solutions, we offer Custom Packages where we can create a package especially designed to fit your needs.
